Why This 36 Mil FiberTite System Still Performs Years Later

Throwback to this commercial project we completed in North Palm Beach, a 36 Mil FiberTite Membrane system that’s still one of the strongest choices for Florida’s climate.

This membrane uses a KEE formulation, which gives it long‑term flexibility and resistance to UV, chemicals, and ponding water, all things commercial roofs in South Florida deal with constantly. The woven polyester base adds real strength and stability, and the white surface helps keep cooling loads down in our heat.

It’s a system built for longevity, backed by manufacturer warranty options that can extend past 20 years when installed to spec. Looking back at this one, we’re still proud of the craftsmanship and grateful to the property owners who trusted us with their building.
