Q: How Will I Know The Status Of My Job?
Joe Ward Roofing will notify you before work begins on your roof. We will then continuously provide you with updates on the process until the final inspection is conducted. The permit packet we provide you can be used for future reference.

Q: The City Sent Me A Violation, Can You Correct It?
Joe Ward Roofing will assist you in correcting violations of your roof. If a violation pertains to any structural issues, we unfortunately cannot.

Q: Why Did I Receive A Notice To Owner? Is This A Lien?
A notice to owner simply informs the homeowner who the material suppliers are. Material suppliers have the right to lien property if the contractor does not pay for the materials. A lien is only placed when the homeowner fails to pay their balance on time.

Q: How many years will my roof last before it’s time for a replacement?
